Home Try-On helps you find the fit options you need before you buy.

  • How does Home Try-On work?

    1. Answer questions about your size and fit.

    2. We'll send you a few sizes to try on.

    3. Order anytime, but there's no obligation to order.

    4. Return all the sizes within 7 days of receiving your Home Try-On.

  • How much does Home Try-On cost?

    Home Try-On is a free service. But we require a valid credit or debit card to process Home Try-On orders.

  • How long will Home Try-On take?

    On average, Home Try-On adds two weeks to your order. It takes about one week to receive your Home Try-On.

  • How do I order after Home Try-On?

    You can order online as an existing customer. Or you can contact your Fit Planner, and they will enter an order for you.

  • Do I have to do a Home Try-On to place my first order?

    No, you can bypass Home Try-On and order as a new customer.

  • What happens if I order after Home Try-On and the product doesn’t fit the way I want?

    You can return or exchange a product you ordered after Home Try-On.

  • Why should I do Home Try-On when I can just order a product, then exchange if I need to?

    When you order Home Try-On, you get to try on a few sizes the same day. You also get access to custom fit options on your first order.

  • What happens if I’m not ready to order after Home Try-On?

    Some customers complete Home Try-On and order months later. It’s up to you if and when you order.

  • What happens if I don’t find a good fit with Home Try-On?

    Home Try-On is an evaluation to see if we’re a good fit for you. There’s no obligation to order after.

  • What happens if I can’t return Home Try-On on time?

    We ask that you return Home Try-On within seven days of receiving it. Timely returns make our operations run smooth. If you need more time, it’s no problem, just let us know.

  • Will you charge me if I’m late returning Home Try-On?

    We definitely do not want to charge you for Home Try-On. But it’s important that we get it back. If you’re late returning, we’ll make attempts to contact you. If you stop communicating with us during this time, we’ll assume you want to keep it and we will charge you for the full-price of its contents.

  • How do I return Home Try-On?

    We include a prepaid return label (we use UPS, FedEx, and USPS) and return instructions in your package.
